The process of electrostatic painting is the use of a positive and negative
electrical charge to attract the paint to the machine, and in turn, create a minimal
amount of overspray. The paint is drawn to the prepared surface. If the item you are painting is cylindrical, the paint will be acutely drawn around the object. Electrostatic painting gives us the ability to paint machines on location or in our demo room after the machine has been assembled without the fear of overspray contaminating other painted surfaces in the general area. The paint is a special formula epoxy made specifically for electrostatic painting and can be mixed to match specific colors. The durability is equal to the original manufacturer’s paints. Some machine paint finishes equal the quality of the finish on automobiles, and for that, we have equal abilities to match those specific needs with conventional painting methods.
